Click & Collect Info- PLEASE READ

Orders can be placed 90 mins ahead of collection, so please bear this in mind. Place your order then at the check out screen you will be presented with all the available time slots. Please make sure you DOUBLE CHECK that you have selected the correct date and time. If you accidentally pick the wrong time slot, please message us via our Facebook/Instagram page or email (found on website). Unfortunately we are unable to amend time slots in house, so your order will be cancelled and refunded. You will then have to replace your order. Your order will be placed outside, in a named bag at the EXACT time of your collection and placed in the pink “Cherry Picker Box”. It is imperative that you arrive on time for your collection, particularly on hot days when ice cream will melt super fast! Please let us know ASAP if you cannot make your collection for any reason via our social pages or email. If you arrive early for your appointment, please do not knock on the door. You're most welcome to pop along a quick message that you're early and we will do our best to put your order out, if we can!
