✨ How to Order & Collect Your Treats ✨ You can place your order up to 90 minutes before collection. If all the slots are taken, the system will simply say “no collection slots available.” When you check out, you’ll see all the time slots that are still free. 👉 Please double-check that you’ve picked the right date and time — it’s easy to click the wrong one! If you do choose the wrong slot by accident, just pop us a message on Facebook, Instagram (links on our website), or email us at [email protected] . Unfortunately, we can’t change time slots on our end. ❗ This means we’ll need to cancel and refund your order, and you’ll then be able to place a new one. Please make sure you enter the correct email address, as your confirmation email will include your order number, collection date & time, and the collection address. When it’s time to collect, your order will be waiting outside, in a named bag, placed in the pink “Cherry Picker Box” at your exact collection time. It’s super important to arrive on time — especially on sunny days when ice cream melts in a flash! 🍦☀️ If something comes up and you can’t make it, just let us know as soon as you can via our socials or email.
