Click & Collect Info- PLEASE READ

Orders can be placed up to 90 minutes before your chosen collection time. Once you reach the checkout page, you’ll be able to select from the available collection slots. Please double check that you have selected the correct date and time before completing your order. If you accidentally choose the wrong collection slot, please contact us as soon as possible via our Facebook or Instagram pages, or by email (details can be found on our website). Unfortunately, we’re unable to amend collection slots in-house, so the order will need to be cancelled and refunded before a new order can be placed. Your order will be prepared and placed outside in a named bag at your exact collection time, ready for you in the pink “Cherry Picker Box”. Please ensure you arrive on time for your collection, especially during warmer weather, as ice cream can melt very quickly. If you’re unable to make your collection time for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible via social media or email. If you arrive early, we kindly ask that you do not knock on the door. Instead, feel free to send us a quick message and we’ll do our best to put your order out early where possible.
