If all the slots are taken, the system will simply say “no collection slots available.” When you check out, you’ll see all the time slots that are still free. 👉 Please double-check that you’ve picked the right date and time — it’s easy to click the wrong one! If you do choose the wrong slot by accident, just pop us a message on Facebook, Instagram (links on our website), or email us at [email protected] . Unfortunately, we can’t change time slots on our end. ❗ This means we’ll need to cancel and refund your order, and you’ll then be able to place a new one. Please make sure you enter the correct email address, as your confirmation email will include your order number, collection date & time, and the collection address. When it’s time to collect, your order will be waiting outside, in a named bag, placed in the pink “Cherry Picker Box” at your exact collection time.
